Law enforcement officials arrested six Homer-area teen-agers suspected of committing a recent rash of 10 burglaries after the suspects fled from Homer to Anchorage in stolen cars and led officers there on a chase.

Anchorage network affiliates say they plan to stop beaming television programs to the peninsula if new state broadcasting regulations go into effect as planned.

The Exxon Valdez Oil Spill Trustee Council appears willing to appropriate $7.5 million from its fund to help buy private inholdings in Kachemak Bay State Park.
