Pet of the Week

Satch
Satch is going for a world record. Not "oldest miniature poodle," because they can live 20-plus years, so at 15 Satch has a ways to go. Nor for "most hearing-impaired," because although he's stone-cold deaf, that's not too unusual. Satch figures his category is "oldest dog to be neutered," because he's sure not too many dogs go a full 15 years before getting neutered. Having eliminated a major risk for testicular cancer, had his teeth cleaned and gotten a clean bill of health, Satch is now ready to spend his twilight years with a world-class family.
