South Peninsula Hospital Auxiliary

Members of the South Peninsula Hospital Auxiliary decked the halls of the hospital recently by purchasing and decorating a 10-foot Christmas tree which is now on display in the hospital's front lobby. The members used purchased decorations, as well as donated personal ones from auxiliary and hospital employees, in decorating the tree.

Hospital auxiliary members are volunteers who support the hospital mission and run a small gift shop in the hospital. All proceeds from the gift shop are invested back into the hospital, including the purchase of this tree, hosting a visit from Santa on Christmas Eve, and, most notably, the installation and maintenance of the Serenity Garden near the main entrance.

The gift shop is open from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday through the holiday season. It will be closed in January.
