More thanks offered
Relentless torrents of water have besieged the Kenai, causing unbelievable and ongoing damage. For those of you who have worked so tirelessly, cold, wet, hungry and lacking sleep -- as well as lack of home life and the comfort of friends and family -- we thank you.

The city of Homer, the borough, state, HEA, independent contractors, road crews, emergency services and all of those in between: we thank you.

Your friends, neighbors and community in general appreciate the tremendous efforts being made collectively. We wish you safety, warmth, comfort and time with loved ones.

Warmest wishes to you all.

Eric and Katy Olson
