Troopers at 4:29 p.m. went to a two-vehicle accident at Mile 167.5 Sterling Highway. They allege a 47-year-old Anchor Point man driving north in a GMC pickup lost control and collided with a 1998 Subaru Legacy driven by a 40-year-old Homer woman. All occupants wore seatbelts, but the woman suffered minor injuries. The accident caused about $8,000 in damages to each vehicle. Troopers cited the man for failure to exercise due care to avoid a collision.
Nov. 19
Troopers received a report of a hit-and-run accident of a 2002 GMC pickup struck sometime between 11 p.m. Nov. 18 and 11 a.m. Nov. 19 while it was parked near Voznesenka. Damage was in excess of $2,000.
Nov. 21
Troopers at 10:58 p.m. issued a summons to a 30-year-old Anchor Point woman for driving while license suspended. Troopers contacted her after they saw her vehicle slide into a ditch.
