Emergency medical technicians at 2:40 p.m. went to the Stariski tower for a 26-year-old man with a medical emergency. The man refused transportation to South Peninsula Hospital.
Nov. 23
EMTs at 7:39 p.m. went to Milo Fritz Road for an infant with a medical emergency. They did not transport the child to the hospital.
