Homer Alaska - Letters

The Homer Hockey Association would like to thank the Homer Foundation Youth Advisory Committee and the Ashley J. Logan Fund for continuing to support our youngest skaters and their families. Their generous donation allowed us to purchase six new sets of loaner gear for new skaters in our Microbell and Mite programs.

The goal of our Microbell program and Mite team is to introduce young kids and their parents to the sport of hockey in order to promote a lifelong interest in recreation, connect families with children of similar ages and interests, and teach foundational skills such as teamwork, respect, and responsibility. The Kevin Bell Arena is truly a place where families come together and the community-minded efforts of the Homer Foundation have helped us to open our doors to more families than ever. Thank you.
