Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Nov. 18:


Berton Kvasnikoff, 33, petition to revoke probation withdrawn.

Kay Bunnell, 68, charges dismissed, leaving the scene of an accident, negligent driving.

Matthany Satterwhite, 26, charge dismissed, disorderly conduct.

Michael Brizendine, 18, charge dismissed, minor consuming alcohol.

Paul McCartt, 81, charged dismissed, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

Michael Chaddock, 22, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. He was fined $1,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 165 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an anger management class; and was placed on probation for four years. He also pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release. He was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 75 days in jail with 70 days suspended.

Philip J. Christensen, 36, access of drunken persons to licensed premises.

Nikita F. Konovalov, 21, motor vehicle liability insurance required.

Joseph A. Berry, 33, McDonough, Ga., sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana.

Cory L. Littlebird, 35, harassment.

Gedediah F. Nye, 28, first-degree burglary, four counts; second-degree theft, five counts; first-degree vehicle theft; third-degree criminal mischief; first-degree criminal impersonation; obtaining identification or an access device by fraud, two counts; fraudulent use of access device, six counts; fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, two counts, methamphetamine and methadone, felony indictment.
