Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Nov. 16:

Judgments

Lea W. Brooks, 41, Anchorage, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 57 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had her driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.

Mark S. Millspaugh, 51, pleaded guilty to not having motor vehicle insurance. He was fined $500 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund. He also pleaded guilty to failure to appear in court and was fined $150.

Stephen Bernhardt, 51, Anchor Point, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $3,000 with $1,500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Shawn A. Pontious, 41, first-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, felony indictment; fourth-degree assault, two counts, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana.

Tayler C. Carter-Barling, 19, fourth-degree criminal mischief, domestic violence, minor consuming alcohol.

Cody J. Mashburn, 25, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, disorderly conduct.

Aholagana Komakhuk Tukshaq, 29, first-degree criminal trespass.

Mary K. Fitzgerald, 53, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, methamphetamine.

Jacob E. Cook, 36, driving under the influence.

Terry D. McCloud, 44, first-degree theft, a felony.

Timothy K. Igou, 26, third-degree assault, domestic violence, a felony.

Richard W. Gibson III, Anchor Point, fourth-degree theft.

Jardo Vorasicky, 66, Anchor Point, reckless driving.

Sally B. Defrancisco, 65, first-degree burglary, a felony, third-degree theft.

Tina L. Allen, 48, first-degree burglary, a felony, third-degree theft, tampering with physical evidence.

Latisha D. Johnson, 31, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, four counts.

Guy Watkins, 47, driving while license revoked.

Mark O. Lissick, 61, second-degree theft, issuing a bad check, felony indictment.
