School nurses say thanks
The Kenai Peninsula Borough School District nurses would like to say a special thank you to Wells Fargo, the Kenai Rotary, the Kenai Senior Center and K-Mart for the generous gift of winter boots for our students in need. These boots are a necessity for students who must walk to and wait for the bus and play outdoors at recess. We are grateful for the people and organizations that went out of their way to help "our" families. The boots are wonderful and received many oohs and aahs -- both from us and the students and parents who received them.
