Club members, staff and task force members are opening the Boys and Girls Club doors and inviting the public to a "Caring About Kids" event from 5-7 p.m. Nov. 18.

Take a tour of the club, enjoy some snacks, purchase some baked goodies to take home.

There also will be live community dance music, a performance by the Boys & Girls chorus, an ongoing slide show about the Homer Boys & Girls Club and the Caring About the Kids Duckwalk.

Anyone wanting to donate goodies for the bake sale can do so by calling Kelly Jackman, unit director at 235-2772.
