Troopers at 10:22 a.m. investigated an assault report in Ninilchik and arrested a 48-year-old Ninilchik man on a warrant.
Troopers at 12:05 p.m. contacted and arrested a 24-year-old Anchor Point man for violating conditions of felony probation.

Troopers at 4:02 p.m. contacted a 35-year-old Anchor Point man driving on the Seward Highway near Girdwood. Troopers arrested him for driving under the influence.
Troopers at 8:40 p.m. went to a moose-car collision on the Sterling Highway near Homer. A 51-year-old Soldotna man driving south in a Plymouth Voyager hit a moose. The driver and his passengers all wore seatbelts and were not injured.

Troopers at 2:54 p.m. received a report that a 41-year-old Anchor Point woman called and sent text messages to a person in violation of a long-term protective order. An arrest warrant was issued.
Oct. 28
Troopers at 6:25 p.m. contacted two 21-year-old men on a traffic stop in Homer. Troopers allege the men possessed marijuana and paraphernalia. Troopers cited them for sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.
