Oct. 22

Police at 8:33 p.m. received a 911 call requesting police assistance from a woman saying she and her sister fought verbally at a Spit Road home.

A woman at 9:11 p.m. asked police to respond to a Danview Avenue home for a physical altercation involving her teenage daughter.

Oct. 23

A man at 8:54 a.m. reported a man passed out or asleep in a red car in the driveway of the man's East End Road home.

The Alaska Department of Transportation at 2:50 p.m. asked police to do traffic control until DOT equipment could arrive where the water overflowed on East End Road.

A man at 3:28 p.m. reported a suspect was trespassing again at a Main Street address after being told not to come back.

A man at 3:38 p.m. reported a driver passed a school bus on the Sterling Highway by the Boys and Girls Club while the bus was stopped with its red lights flashing.

A man at 8:58 p.m. reported a man rammed his vehicle at East End Road near Kachemak Drive and threatened to sic a large dog on him.

Police at 6:37 p.m. provided traffic control for DOT crews on East End Road and Kachemak Drive.

Police at 9:30 p.m. announced road closures to the audience at a concert in the Mariner Theatre.

Oct. 24

Police at 12:20 a.m. went to a two-vehicle accident in the parking lot on East Pioneer Avenue. They arrested one driver, a 22-year-old man, for driving under the influence.

Police at 12:32 a.m. arrested a boy for fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, following a dispute at a Sterling Highway address.

Police at 1:20 a.m. arrested a 23-year-old man for disorderly conduct after he refused a police officer's direction to leave the premises at a Sterling Highway address.

Police at 12:41 a.m. issued a trespass warning to a suspect at a Pioneer Avenue address after the suspect caused a disturbance.

Police at 5:22 p.m. received a report of a green pickup on the Spit Road towing a trailer with a sailboat and a raised 25-foot mast. Police stopped the truck and advised the driver that the mast would not pass under power lines and the trailer should be parked. The driver complied.

A man at 7:13 p.m. complained that he put down rent and deposit for one month on a downtown cabin. He left after three days and now the landlord won't return his deposit.

An adult man at 9:51 p.m. reported receiving unwanted attention from a juvenile girl.

Oct. 25

A man at 2:42 a.m. reported a barking dog in the Rochelle Road area. Police contacted the dog's owner and the owner brought the dog in for the night.

A woman at 5:41 a.m. reported her sister was attempting suicide.
