Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Oct. 21:

Judgments

Emily Harmon, 39, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. She was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had her driver's license revoked for 90 days; ordered not to possess or consume alcohol; and was placed on probation for three years.

Nickolas L. Lancaster, 25, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. He was fined $500 and sentenced to 110 days in jail with 105 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund dividend and pay restitution; ordered to provide a DNA sample; ordered to forfeit items seized and not have contact with his victims; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; and was placed on probation for four years.

Criminal Court

Russ Kaiser, 29, driving under the influence, felony indictment.

Michael J. Ramirez, 21, DUI, driving while license revoked.

Mack Kvasnikoff, 33, Nanwalek, fourth-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

Kendall G. Branch, 79, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

Richard Nadeau, 50, Happy Valley, harassment.

Patrick J. Delumeau, 18, disorderly conduct, failure to give immediate notice of an accident.

Philip S. Bickford, 63, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.

William R. Parks, 24, fourth-degree assault, reckless endangerment, domestic violence.

Brandon J. Nobles, 23, first-degree burglary, second-degree burglary, felony indictments.
