Kayak instructor Tom Pogson offers a paddling tip to Leta Simmons, one of 10 people enrolled in the Homer Community School kayaking class taught by Pogson. The 10-session course, entitled Kayak Skills for Sea Kayakers, was so popular that Pogson and Community School are trying to schedule another.
