Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Oct. 14:


Charles Imboden, 33, charge dismissed, building a fire without clearing; restitution paid in full.

Brandon J. Nobles, 22, charge dismissed, first-degree burglary; lack of preliminary hearing.

Clayton Nelson, 17, charge dismissed, no liability insurance.

John S. Willis, 45, charge dismissed, violating stalking or sexual assault protective order; lack of probable cause.

Kyle Akee, 27, charges dismissed, two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor, failure to give immediate notice of an accident. He pleaded guilty at his arraignment to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 75 days in jail with 72 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for three years.

He also pleaded guilty to first-degree endangering the welfare of a minor. He was fined $1,500 with $1,500 suspended, sentenced to 135 days in jail with 130 days suspended, with the option of performing 40 hours of community work service to satisfy jail time, and was ordered not to possess or consume alcoholic beverages.

Criminal Court

Erica D. Odomin, 32, Chignik, access of drunken person to licensed premises.

Travis H. Smith, 27, motor vehicle liability insurance required.

Albert E. Wilson, 55, Ninilchik, driving while license revoked.

Thomas L. Conn, 53, first-degree promoting contraband, a felony; sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana; driving under the influence; refusal to submit to a chemical test; driving without a valid drivers license.

Kody T. Gibson Zaumseil, 23, disorderly conduct.

Andrew P. Field, 51, violating conditions of release.

Christopher T. Murphy, 23, first-degree promoting contraband, a felony; disorderly conduct.

Klaudia Snegirev, 46, DUI, driving while license suspended.

Edward M. Uwekoolani, 22, DUI.

Jason S. Bills, 33, violating conditions of release.

Evelyn J. Royals, 52, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, methamphetamines, a felony; DUI; sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana.

John C. Kehoe, driving under the influence, felony indictment; violating conditions of release from a felony, two counts.
