Commercial fishermen air their complaints to city hall about the need for better port facilities and more services that have been neglected.

Paul Banks Elementary School is extremely overcrowded. Principal Lewis McLin says, "We're completely full and (the opening of the new school at) McNeil Canyon is not going to be able to relieve us."
