Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Oct. 8:

Judgments

Cecil Moonin, 36, charge dismissed, driving while license canceled.

Timothy E. Meyer, charge dismissed, two counts fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, lack of preliminary hearing.

George Seward, 58, charge dismissed at arraignment, fugitive from justice.

Tyler Nelson-Mobeck, 18, pleaded guilty to attempted second-degree theft. He was fined $1,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 220 days in jail with 200 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered not to possess or use alcohol; and was placed on probation for three years.

Jose Ramos, 54, pleaded guilty to not having a valid operator's license. He was fined $150.

Vanessa M. Lind-Carlson, 18, pleaded guilty to driving in violation of an instructional permit. She was fined $150. She also pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had her driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Mackenzie Somers, 15, pleaded guilty to minor consuming alcohol. Somers was fined $1,000 with $500 suspended and ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, complete 48 hours of community work service and not consume or possess alcohol; and was placed on probation for one year.

Leo J. Cooper, 16, pleaded guilty to minor consuming alcohol. Imposition of sentence was suspended and he was referred to the Kenai Peninsula Youth Court.

Lillianna C. Wills, 16, pleaded guilty to minor consuming alcohol. Imposition of sentence was suspended and she was referred to the Kenai Peninsula Youth Court.

Shawn A. VanSandt, 24, pleaded guilty to not having motor vehicle insurance. He was fined $500 and sentenced to 5 days in jail with 5 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year.

Travis A. Norbeck, 42, pleaded guilty to taking a sublegal moose. He was fined $2,000 with $1,500 suspended, ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and forfeit the moose meat and antlers. He was placed on probation for one year.

Malcolm J. Macmaster, 39, pleaded guilty to taking an antlerless moose in a closed season. He was fined $1,000 with $500 suspended and ordered to forfeit the moose meat. He was placed on probation for one year.

Criminal Court

Daniel G. Lavoie, 46, first-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree theft, felony indictment; first-degree criminal trespass.

Timothy H. Martin, 60, Belgrade, Mont., possess commercial fish without a Commercial Fisheries Entry Commission permit.

Frances J. Richter, 61, first-degree criminal trespass.

Linda F. Smith, 66, taking a sublegal moose in a close season.

Charles A. Hoff Jr., 69, provide sportfishing guide services to a sport fisherman without a sportfishing guide license.

Arthur J. Gamash, 49, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence; fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, a felony.

Florence L. Gregory, 43, driving under the influence, refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Michael Chaddock, 22, violating conditions of release.

Johnathon C. Wilkinson, 23, disorderly conduct, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.

Jay R. Clark, 34, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.

Michael Lasiter, 37, Nikolaevsk, driving while license suspended.

David E. Anderson, 60, Anchor Point, operating a vehicle in an anadromous stream.

Elton D. Anderson, 34, Anchor Point, operating a vehicle in an anadromous stream.

Kay Lee Defa, 32, Anchor Point, second-degree criminal trespass.

Steven J. Rich, 39, DUI.

Gloria J. Ramirez, 19, minor consuming alcohol.
