Sept. 25

Troopers at 6:50 a.m. received a report that the Fritz Creek Store had been burglarized sometime the night before and alcohol was missing. Anyone with information on this incident is asked to call the Homer troopers at 235-8239.

Sept. 27

Troopers at 11:04 a.m. received a report that someone vandalized the Nikolaevsk water treatment plant, spraying graffiti on the doors, breaking windows and damaging the HEA and ACS boxes. Damages are about $3,000.

Troopers at 10:15 p.m. received a report of a juvenile party in Nikolaevsk. Troopers alleged that they went to the home and saw broken beer and liquor bottles on the street and in the house's driveway. Troopers heard people yelling from inside the home. When they knocked, someone turned out all the lights and locked the doors. Troopers asked the occupants to open the door without success. A teenage boy leaned out the window and yelled profanities at the troopers and said the troopers should leave because no one would answer the door. Troopers got a search warrant at 11:35 p.m. and returned to the home. They found beer and liquor bottles and several juveniles who had been consuming alcohol and an 18-year-old man and a 21-year-old man, both of Voznesenka. They charged the 18-year-old man and the juveniles for minor consuming alcohol.

Sept. 28

Troopers at 2 p.m. received a report that someone vandalized the Voznesenka water treatment plant, damaging the gate and door while trying to enter. Damages were about $1,000.
