EMTs at 8:15 a.m. went to the hospital to transport a 48-year-old woman to the airport. She was being taken to an Anchorage hospital.
Sept. 27
EMTs at 1:24 p.m. went to the Driftwood RV Park on Bunnell Street for a 68-year-old woman with a medical emergency. They treated and transported her to the hospital.
EMTs at 9:57 p.m. went to the hospital to transport a 22-year-old woman to the airport. She was being taken to an Anchorage hospital.
Sept. 29
EMTs at 11:04 p.m. went to the harbor for an unconscious 30-year-old man on Ramp 5. They transported him to the hospital.
Oct. 1
Firefighters and EMTs at 6:30 a.m. went to a two-story house fire off Stellar's Jay Drive in Kachemak City. The home was fully engulfed in flames at the time of the page. Tankers from Homer, Kachemak City and Quick Draw Water responded. Firefighters protected structures and a propane tank near the fire and put out the fire. The house was unoccupied and the cause remains under investigation. The house was a total loss.
