South Peninsula Hospital

"Better Choices, Better Health . . . Living Well Alaska Training" is offered. South Peninsula Hospital offers a series of six, two-hour classes to help people with long term health conditions learn ways to feel better and be less limited by their illness. People with all kinds of long term conditions such as arthritis, asthma, diabetes, heart disease, and other illnesses can benefit. A spouse, family member, or friend is welcome to attend the classes with participants.
