Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Sept. 14:

Judgments

Paul E. Roth, 29, charge dismissed, failure to stop at the direction of a peace officer.

Toni L. Kennington, 46, pleaded guilty to third-degree theft. She was fined $1,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 170 days suspended; ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service to satisfy jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to forfeit items seized and not have contact with her victim; and was placed on probation for two years.

Criminal Court

John A. Mumey, 50, second-degree terroristic threatening, a felony.

Robert E. Coddington, four counts, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, a felony.

Emily J. Johnson, 35, driving under the influence.

Ethan J. Sinsabaugh, 30, Fairbanks, driving while license suspended.

Michael K. Mitchell, 19, Ninilchik, no motor vehicle liability insurance.

Krystal M. Hunter, 31, driving while license suspended.

John D. McCombs, 61, Ninilchik, taking a sublegal bull.

Joshua D. Moore, 31, driving while license suspended.

Troy J. Gehring, 42, first-degree burglary, a felony; first-degree criminal trespass, fourth-degree theft.

Civil Court

Chantal L. Loughlin v. William B. Scott, temporary restraining order granted.
