Candidate advocates change
Voters will be able to elect new members to the Homer City Council Oct. 1, 2002. If you would like to see new ideas, open government, no more forced annexation, and keep taxes as low as possible, please get out and vote. Also, the Kenai Peninsula Borough elections and other boards are up for elections.
