Mayor's report: n Authorization to award Basargin Road improvements project to Paul's Services. Public hearing on ordinances: • Ordinance 2011-19-11; accepting and appropriating $8,998,000 from the state of Alaska for the Homer Solid Waste Transfer Facility construction project; • Ordinance 2011-19-13: Accepting a grant in the amount of $350,000 from the state of Alaska and appropriating $450,000 to the Kachemak Emergency Service Area capital budget for the Diamond Ridge fire station and equipment building project; • Ordinance 2011-19-17: Appropriating $58,600 in supplemental funding for the purchase of supplies and equipment by the Anchor Point Fire and Emergency Service area; • Ordinance 2011-19-18: Appropriating $723,410 to the Special Assessment Fund for the Anchor Point Natural Gas Line Utility Special Assessment District. New business: • Resolution 2011-090: A resolution to form the district and proceed with improvement of the Anchor Point Utility Special Assessment District for a natural gas main line; • Resolution 2011-097: Classifying borough land located within the Homer city limits, located within Section 15, T6S R13W, S.M., Alaska, containing 80 acres more or less, pursuant to KPB 17.10.080; • Resolution 2011-098: Requesting Gov. Sean Parnell include in his FY2013 capital budget request sufficient funds to allow completion of the natural gas pipeline from Anchor Point to Kachemak City; • Ordinance 2011-38: Amending KPB 2.56.030 to incorporate the 2010 Homer Spit Plan into the city of Homer Comprehensive Plan; • Confirming the appointment of Brok Shafer to the Anchor Point Advisory Planning Commission, Seat C.
