In recognition of September as Alzheimer's month, SPH presents "Healthy Body, Healthy Brain," a community forum about the aging brain and ways to prevent cognitive decline.

The free forum will be presented by Lisa Warszonak of the Alzheimer's Resource Agency of Alaska at 6 p.m. today at the SPH training center. It is free and open to everyone.

Also today, Warszonak and Mary Fries, RN, community health educator for South Peninsula Hospital, hold an information table on Alzheimer's at Safeway from noon- 2 p.m.
