Homer Senior Citizens lunch is open to seniors and their guests and is served 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday through Friday. The lunch menu for this week is: today, pork masala; Friday, fried chicken; Monday, barbecue chicken; Tuesday, pit ham; Wednesday, beef stroganoff.

The Senior Nutrition Program offers Farmers' Market coupons for Alaska residents 60 years and older who meet income guidelines. Applications and coupons are available at the Homer Senior Center business office.

A road trip to Soldotna and Kenai is offered Sept. 9, departing Homer Senior Citizens, Inc. at 9 a.m., returning between 4 and 5 p.m. The cost is $15 per person and for those 55 years and older. A minimum of six are needed. Call 235-7655.

A seamstress is needed to sew two puffin costumes. Material and pattern is provided. Call 235-7655.
