Corrections
A story in last week's Homer News misspelled the name of Kenai Peninsula Borough Planner Crista Cady. The same story also inadvertently omitted a word from a quote attributed to Cady. It should have read: "One of the things that was going on was to try and buy some time to get some (state) grant money from Village Safe Water." The Homer News regrets the errors.

In "String fest sponsors thanked," a letter in the Aug. 29 issue of the Homer News, the name of the writer's name was incorrect. Mark Robinson wrote the letter. The Homer News regrets the error.
