Sept. 2 Alaska State Troopers at 6:56 p.m. made a traffic stop on a 30-year-old Anchor Point man in Anchor Point. Troopers arrested the man for driving under the influence, refusal to provide a breath sample and for marijuana possession. He was taken to the Homer Jail.
