Michelle Alyse, 24, pleaded no contest to driving under the influence. She was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 120 days in jail with 100 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to complete a substance abuse treatment assessment; had her driver's license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for two years.

Brent W. Eckert, 45, pleaded guilty to sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. He was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 55 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and forfeit items seized; and was placed on probation for one year.

Barbara B. Scott, 19, pleaded no contest to Minor Consuming Alcohol. She was fined $600 with $400 suspended; placed on probation for one year; and ordered to complete an alcohol information school.

Willie Hamilton, 52, pleaded no contest to fourth-degree assault, fourth-degree theft and criminal mischief. He was sentenced to 62 days in jail and ordered to pay a $350 jail surcharge with $200 suspended and restitution.

Jimmie D. Alexson, 45, pleaded guilty to reckless driving. He was fined $1,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 50 days in jail with 48 suspended; ordered to pay $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver's license revoked for 30 days; and was placed on probation for two years.

Kenyon R. Stier, 25, pleaded guilty to sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. He was fined $250 and sentenced to 20 days in jail with 15 suspended; ordered to pay a $150 jail surcharge, perform 40 hours of community work service and forfeit items seized; and was placed on probation for one year.

Edward C. Dewitt, 32, pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct. He was fined $300 and ordered to pay $50.

Timothy W. Johnson, 52, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree misconduct involving weapons. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail with 55 suspended; ordered to pay a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; perform 40 hours of community work service; forfeit weapon and drugs; and placed on probation for one year.

Jonathan B. O'Neill-Lane, 54, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal trespass. He was fined $1,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 9 suspended; ordered to pay a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, not return to Land's End property for any reason; and placed on probation for one year.

Kiril N. Reutov, 20, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $3,000 with $1,500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment, complete a substance abuse treatment assessment; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days and ordered to use an ignition interlock device for six months; and was placed on probation for two years.
