Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Aug. 24:

Judgments

Jesse Nakada, 30, charged dismissed, fourth-degree assault.

Amber Coila, 22, charge dismissed at arraignment for lack of probable cause, first-degree burglary. She was arraigned on a charge of fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Carl E. Hiers Jr., 32, Anchorage, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his drivers license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Jeffrey W. Peters, 51, Navarre, Fla., pleaded guilty at his arraignment to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 80 days in jail with 77 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his drivers license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Criminal Court

Xiaoxia Xiong, 23, Tucson, Ariz., leaving the scene of an accident.

Meagan R. Spicer, 22, driving under the influence.

Trisha S. McCauley, 22, fourth-degree theft.

Sarah L. Jackson, 35, issuing a bad check, two counts, a felony.

Brian M. Geier, 25, Eagle River, driving while license suspended.

Edward C. Tyson, 55, DUI.

Derek T. Johnson, 16, minor consuming alcohol.

Gregory L. Kisor, 48, DUI.

Civil Court

Levi M. Catlin v. Pavel S. Mikhail, temporary restraining order granted.

Andrew Hoyer v. Sarah Sutton, temporary restraining order granted.

Richard Olson v. Ruth A. Reynolds, petition for custody.
