Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Aug. 17:

Judgments

Fedora Hedrick, 68, charge dismissed, fourth-degree assault.

Danielle L. Bauman, 34, pleaded guilty to second-degree harassment. She was fined $1,500 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 75 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and get a mental health evaluation; and was placed on probation for three years. Her probation on prior convictions of violating conditions of release and fourth-degree criminal mischief was revoked, reinstated and extended for one more year. She also was ordered to serve 60 days of unsuspended jail time on the criminal mischief charge.

Christopher W. Resner, 22, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 57 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his drivers license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.

Joshua R. Updike, 39, pleaded guilty to taking an overlimit of halibut. He was fined $500; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund; ordered to forfeit halibut seized; and had his sport fishing license revoked for two years.

Doran P. McCorry, 48, pleaded guilty to taking an overlimit of halibut. He was fined $250 and ordered to pay $10 to support the Police Training Fund.

Aaron T. Trochelman, 36, pleaded guilty to taking an overlimit of halibut. He was fined $250 and ordered to pay $10 to support the Police Training Fund.

Elijah H.K. Gallegos, 25, pleaded no contest to driving while license revoked. He was sentenced to 40 days in jail with 30 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his drivers license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year. He also pleaded no contest to making a false report and was sentenced to five days in jail with five days suspended.

Jason M. Cunningham, 37, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to second-degree criminal trespass. He was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 20 days in jail with 15 days suspended; ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service to satisfy unsuspended jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered not to return to the bar where was he told not to trespass; and was placed on probation for one year. He also pleaded guilty to resisting arrest and was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Trevor C. Kearney, 43, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to second-degree criminal trespass. He was fined $500 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 50 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered not to contact his victim; and was placed on probation for two years. He also pleaded guilty to sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance and was fined $150.

Lyle H. Chesley, 46, issuing a bad check, two counts, felony indictment.

Patrick A. Nicholson, 54, felony driving under the influence, felony indictment.

Martin A. Reid, 52, reckless driving, DUI, disorderly conduct, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.

Gabriel M. Graham, 35, second-degree criminal trespass.

John G. Hetrick, 49, Nanwalek, driving while license suspended.

Kimberly E.J. Payne, 19, failure to appear in court.

Sydney A. Huffnagle, 84, second-degree stalking, violating a protective order, harassment, 14 counts.
