Troopers discovered that someone slashed two tires on a 2002 Ford Crown Victoria patrol vehicle sometime between July 16 and July 17 while it was parked at a Danview Avenue home, causing $300 in damage. Police ask that anyone with information on this incident contact the troopers at 235-8239.

Troopers at 12:16 p.m. received a report that someone took several sheets of 4-by-8-foot rigid-foam insulation from a Ninilchik residence.

Troopers at 4:53 p.m. received a report of a burglary at a Ninilchik residence in which someone stole $130 worth of food, flashlights and tools sometime on July 27.

Troopers at 11:11 p.m. received a report of a white Chevrolet pickup being driven recklessly in the Anchor Point area. They contacted and identified as the driver a 34-year-old Anchor Point man. Troopers arrested him for felony DWI, driving while license revoked and sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.

Homer Fish and Wildlife Protection troopers cited a 58-year-old St. George, Utah, man for having in possession illegally taken sport-caught halibut from Kachemak Bay and not having a valid sport fish license.

Troopers at 4:33 a.m. went to a domestic disturbance in Anchor Point. They allege that a 47-year-old Wasilla woman caused more than $50 in damage to her sister's bedroom door and arrested her for third-degree criminal mischief, domestic violence.
