Sunday, Aug. 11

Evangelist Wayne Nelson speaks at Family Vacation Bible School 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Sunday and 6:30 p.m. nightly Monday-Wednesday at Anchor Point Baptist Church. Center for Alaskan Coastal Studies and the Pratt Museum host an outing to Yukon Island with tide-pooling on a minus 3.7 low tide, archaeology with Janet Klein and a potluck lunch with soup, bread and drinks provided.
