Aug. 3

Alaska Wildlife Troopers cited a 54-year-old Anchorage man for taking 14 clams of his daily limit of razor clams at the Ninilchik. Bail was set at $138.

Wildlife troopers cited a 63-year-old North Oaks, Minn., man for digging clams on the Ninilchik beach without a valid 2012 sport fish license. Bail was set at $210.

Aug. 5

Wildlife troopers cited a 25-year-old Sterling man for failure to seal a black bear within 30 days of it being taken. Bail was set at $110.
