Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Aug. 3:

Judgments

Arseny Kuzmin, 42, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 120 days in jail with 100 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his drivers license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for three years.

Robert W. Davis, 49, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to second-degree criminal trespass. He was fined $500 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended; ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service in lieu of jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered not to return to private property or contact the property owners; and was placed on probation for two years.

Criminal Court

Sarah L. Jackson, 35, issuing a bad check, three counts, two felony indictments.

Marshall D. Parke, 34, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, methamphetamines, felony indictment.

Elijah H.K. Gallegos, 25, driving while license revoked, making a false report.

Patrick Nicholson, 54, driving under the influence, DWLR.

Darry D. Flyum, third-degree assault, a felony.

Kayla H. Hanley, 18, second-degree theft, fraudulent use of an access device, three counts, both felonies.

Gary C. Longhenry, 22, no motor vehicle liability insurance.

David A. Shaw, 30, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, a methamphetamines; second-degree attempted escape, all felonies; fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Civil Court

David Anderson et al. v. Jesse White et al., petition for custody.

Carol D. Sharp v. Bryan W. Carlson, petition for custody.
