Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through July 20:

Judgments

Avraamy D. Reutov, 22, charge dismissed, driving under the influence.

Bruce C. Larson, 52, order to modify or revoke probation, failure to comply with requirements. He was ordered to serve 10 days of suspended jail time, with credit for one day of time served, and to perform 72 hours of community work service to satisfy jail time.

Farley W. Rossiter, 25, pleaded guilty to reckless driving. He was fined $1,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 44 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his drivers license revoked for 30 days; and was placed on probation for one year. He also pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release and was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 89 days suspended.

Dustin N. Steen, 24, pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended; ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service to satisfy jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund dividend and pay restitution; and was placed on probation for one year.

Chad T. Kuryla, 43, Anchor Point, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 120 days in jail with 100 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his drivers license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for three years.

James W. McLay, 47, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended; ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service to satisfy jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his drivers license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years. He also pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release and was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days suspended.

Daniel M. Bryant, 62, pleaded no contest to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his drivers license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Shaina Wootton, 16, pleaded guilty to minor consuming alcohol. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the condition that she report to the Kenai Peninsula Youth Court.

Terry Jean Lashley-Elliott, 32, pleaded guilty to cruelty to animals. She was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to not possess or own any pets or domesticated animals; and was placed on probation for three years. She also pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault. She was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 70 days suspended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund divided and pay restitution to her victim and not contact him; and ordered to complete an anger management program and get a mental health evaluation.

Rayce C. Johnson, 17, pleaded guilty to minor consuming alcohol. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the condition that Johnson report to the Kenai Peninsula Youth Court.

Criminal Court

Cimmaron M. Tangman, 37, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, two counts, oxycodone and methamphetamines, felony indictment.

William Carey, 57, third-degree assault, felony indictment.

Scott W. Ring, 42, driving under the influence, felony indictment.

Amy L. Klingele, 35, second-degree theft, felony indictment.

Alexis Rodriquez, 22, driving while license suspended.

Brandon C. Doty, 20, failure to appear in court, two counts.

Richard Munoz, 20, failure to appear in court.

Michael V. Keenan, 51, failure to appear in court.

Ella C. Newsom, 54, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

Steven L. Button, 56, third-degree assault, three counts, a felony; reckless endangerment, prohibited operation of watercraft.

Richard Nadeau, 51, driving under the influence, refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Brian T. Malneritch, 45, DUI.

Karla S. Kettell, 57, Anchor Point, fourth-degree theft.

Ralph K. Vos, 23, first-degree sexual assault, second-degree sexual assault.

Tonee M. Walker, 58, Anchor Point, attempted first-degree murder, third-degree assault, four counts, all felonies; reckless driving.

Robert W. Rutan, 42, Anchor Point, driving while license cancelled.

Steven G. Smith, 44, taking overlimit of halibut, sport fish guide aiding in violation, failure to retain a gaffed fish, waste and destruction of fish, possession of illegally taken fish, giving false information.
