Priss keeps to herself mostly. Not that she is especially shy, she's just seen it all before and prefers her own company while she waits for that one special friend.

This 9-year-old, long-haired, orange tabby has the deepest green eyes that seem to say, "Pick me, you won't be sorry." Truly a wonderful cat.

To adopt a pet, call or stop by the animal shelter across from the city's Public Works Department off the Sterling Highway. The shelter is open from noon-5 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday. For more information, call 235-3141.
