July 15

Police at 5:53 p.m. received a report of a blue Toyota pickup being driven erratically on Airport Road. Police stopped the vehicle and cited a 19-year-old man for minor consuming or possessing alcohol.

July 16

A woman at 1:55 a.m. reported an intoxicated man at her Fairview Avenue apartment looking for his estranged wife. Police arrested the 27-year-old man for driving while intoxicated.

Police at 4:46 p.m. stopped a 35-year-old man for a traffic violation and found he had a suspended license out of Oregon. They summonsed him for driving while license suspended.

Police at 3:40 p.m. contacted a 26-year-old man on a motorcycle on another matter and found he had a suspended driver's license. They summonsed him for DWLS.

Police at 11:09 p.m. contacted a 54-year-old woman when her 1972 Chevrolet ran out of gas on Heath Street and the Bypass. They arrested her for DWI and driving without a valid license.

July 17

A woman at 4:34 p.m. reported while her car was parked on the Spit someone broke out the passenger side window and took her purse.

A man at 7:11 p.m. reported finding a man passed out on the porch of his Spit Road office.

Police at 10:51 p.m. issued a summons to a 19-year-old man at Heath and Poopdeck streets for driving without a valid operator's license. Police at 11:25 p.m. saw the same man driving on Bunnell Street and issued a second summons for DWOL. They also arrested him for sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana, and on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear in court on a 2001 charge.

July 19

Police at 1:51 a.m. arrested on East Hill Road a 52-year-old woman for DWI.

A woman at 9:01 a.m. reported an intoxicated man sleeping in a restroom near Ramp 4 at the harbor.

Police at 6:25 p.m. arrested a 24-year-old man on the Spit Road on a warrant for failure to appear in court on an original charge of third-degree theft.

The city manager at 6:38 p.m. requested extra patrol in the Main and Bunnell streets area for locals running the new stop sign. The intersection is now a four-way stop.

Police at 7:09 p.m. arrested a 20-year-old man on a warrant for failure to appear in court.

July 20

Police at 12:38 a.m. stopped a 37-year-old woman for speeding on the Spit Road. They arrested her for DWI and refusal to submit to a chemical test.

A man at 8:20 a.m. reported finding a baggie of marijuana on the floor of Eagle Quality Center.

A person at the Elks Lodge at 4:26 p.m. reported seeing a 3-wheeler accident on the beach and the rider not moving.

Police at 10:53 p.m. charged three juveniles with alcohol offenses following a traffic contact on Ocean Drive.

July 21

A man at 2:38 a.m. reported a domestic assault in progress at the Fishing Hole campground.

Police at 5:55 p.m. arrested a 24-year-old man on a warrant for failure to appear at a trial call.

July 22

Police at 1:47 a.m. arrested at Ben Walters Lane a 50-year-old woman for DWI. They arrested the passenger, a 41-year-old man, on a fugitive from justice warrant for failure to appear in court on an original charge of felony DWI.

July 23

Police at 12:52 a.m. went to a Dumpster fire near Boardwalk Fish & Chips on the Spit. A fire crew also responded.
