Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through July 2:

Judgments

Randall S. Hines, 33, charge dismissed, tampering with physical evidence.

Charles R. Richard, 51, pleaded guilty to taking an overlimit of halibut. He was fined $300, ordered to pay $10 to the Police Training Fund and forfeit the halibut, and ordered to pay restitution.

William S. Serafine, 26, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended to be served by 80 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Vivian J. Ukatish, 39, pleaded no contest to two counts of making a false report. She was sentenced to 120 days in jail with 115 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; and was placed on probation for one year.

Dustin N. Steen, 23, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 57 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Debby L. Spencer, 30, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree criminal mischief. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the conditions that she pay restitution, perform 80 hours of community work service and have no contact with her victim. She was placed on probation for one year.

Kayla E. Williamson, 18, pleaded no contest to minor consuming alcohol. Imposition of sentence was suspended and she was referred to the Kenai Peninsula Youth Court.

Criminal Court

Gus R. Ukatish, 51, Nanwalek, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

Fenya B. Basargin, 31, violation of a custodian's duty.

Craig A. Latham, 36, driving under the influence, felony indictment; driving while license revoked, avoidance of ignition interlock device.

Joshua V. Harrington, 25, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, interfering with a report of domestic violence, fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Tyler C. Post, 15, minor consuming alcohol.

Jessie G. Cashman, 43, DUI, improper use of evidence of registration.

Clifford L. Chase Jr., 37, DUI, DWLR, no insurance, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.

Delaney S. Winslow, 20, minor operating a vehicle after consuming alcohol.

Matthew J. Warn, 20, second-degree eluding a police officer, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.

Barbara K. Smallwood, 30, no valid operator's license.

Shannon L. Schrader, 47, second-degree theft, a felony.

Lester K. Babcock, 61, Anchorage, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.

Michael Deraitus, 56, first-degree criminal trespass, fifth-degree criminal mischief.
