Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through June 24:

Judgments

Wallace Smith, 57, charge dismissed, not having a valid operator's license.

Levi S. Tangman, 24, charge dismissed, second-degree forgery.

Adam L. Clay, 29, pleaded guilty to reckless endangerment. He was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 40 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and provide a DNA sample on request; and was placed on probation for one year.

Steven J. Squires, 21, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended, with the option of performing 80 hours of community work service to satisfy unsuspended jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Rocky L. Berg, 20, pleaded guilty to concealment of merchandise. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail with 50 days suspended, with the option of performing 80 hours of community work service to satisfy unsuspended jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for two years.

Brian G. Welsh, 46, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree misconduct involving weapons. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 15 days suspended, with the option of performing 15 hours of community work service to satisfy unsuspended jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year.

Levon T. Wallace, 22, pleaded guilty to unlawful taking of a black bear. He was fined $300; ordered to pay $10 to support the Police Training Fund, forfeit the black bear hides and skulls, and pay restitution.

Jennifer Clarissa M. Symens, 25, pleaded guilty to sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the condition that she pay a $50 court surcharge and perform 16 hours of community work service.

Benjamin A. Haunschild, 19, pleaded guilty to tampering with or damaging a vehicle. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 30 days suspended and ordered to perform 16 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year.

Cim Joel Blair, 20, pleaded at his arraignment to driving while license revoked. He was fined $500 and sentenced to 40 days in jail with 30 days suspended, with the option of performing 80 hours of community work service to satisfy unsuspended jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.
