As I watch the news today, I see outrage, people in the streets, signs asking questions, "Where's my vote?" I see a people that truly seem to care about their country, and the fact that it seems to have been hijacked and their votes stolen.

Unbelievably, this is not happening in our own country. Where was this outrage and caring when the same thing happened here? Happened by George W. Bush not once but twice.

Where was the outrage when he got us involved in two illegal wars, and killed millions of innocent people?

Where's the outrage over all the legal laws he and his cronies broke, and the fact that they actually tortured people? Why are he and his motley crew getting away with all of this?

Where's all the outrage over all the money that's gone from this tanked economy that he caused?

We've grown into a very complacent people sitting back playing with our X-Boxes and waiting for the next episode of "Survival Island" or such rot to come on. Sitting back watching our own country go down the drain. I guess in the words of that old Pink Floyd song, we've become "comfortably numb." What a tragedy.

Seems like we could learn something from that so-called third world country. They seem to truly care about what happens to their country and what's stolen from them.

I still remember when we cared what happened to us here in our own country. Where have all my marching, caring brothers and sisters gone to?

No way for Christian nation to act

After watching an uncut 12-minute documentary on what the U.S. is doing today in Afghanistan, I got sick and cried. There it was, another child's head split into. Aw, who am I to complain about genocide of another country. More for me, right? We are a Christian nation, says a few million, or more. Those "ragheads" are, after all, just a heathen breed of sub-humans without a true god to follow. How does a Christian nation come to be so cruel, I ask? Where does the word "Christian" come from? And what King of Peace has heads served for breakfast?

Of course it is so easy to see why depopulation has to come about. There's just not enough planet to go around.

Obama's foreign policy seems to follow the Bush war agenda as if it were his own. Are we "staying the course?" We are just so good at war, we are warring everyone around the globe. Slaughtering civilians, orphaning children, toxifying lands, raping citizens and stripping them of their human rights and dignity. Aren't we special. Plum elite.

Today's displaced Afgani's are begging for us to kill them while we pamper ourselves with oil from their sacred lands. They have nothing. Please, America, no more human suffering on us, no more destruction of God's Earth, no more pain to your brothers. Death is better than watching loved ones blown to pieces or raped. Death is better than hunger and thirst. Death is better than winning or losing, for a God no side has seen. Is it only human to believe there is purpose for human life?

There are hundreds of new orphans now, adults without limbs left to help themselves suffer and die without food or water. A much worse treatment and condition than any American mind can comprehend. When will God sort all this evil out? What makes us believe any of us deserve the majestic beauty this planet produces year after year, eon after eon. Perhaps, after a few billion years from now the planet will come alive again. So sad the human element always tries to improve God's work. It's not possible. Maggots, chewing on the souls of history.
