Firefighters and emergency medical technicians went to six medical calls and three fire calls.

Firefighters went to a report of smoke coming from vents at a home on Triple Crown Street. Crews contained the fire to a motor in a heat-recovery ventilation system.
June 17
Firefighters went to a report of a wildland fire off Bradley Lane. Crew found a 10-foot-by-10-foot fire still smoldering caused after a 5-gallon gas can exploded when juveniles were playing with gasoline and matches. No one was injured. Firefighters remind parents and children to never play with matches, especially when around gas.
