Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through June 13:

Judgments

Joan Miller, 53, charge dismissed, no motor vehicle liability insurance.

Nikolai Gordeev, 26, charges dismissed, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, two counts.

Charles W. Tangman, 26, charges dismissed, third-degree theft, two counts.

Brenda K. Fluette, 53, charge dismissed, no motor vehicle liability insurance. She pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 160 days in jail with 140 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had her driver's license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for three years.

Jennifer M. Reiser, 27, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 57 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had her driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.

Kyle W. Rosenthal, 20, pleaded guilty to third-degree theft. He was sentenced to 360 days in jail with 300 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund dividend and pay restitution; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; and was placed on probation for three years.

Gary W. Peikert, 60, pleaded guilty to taking an overlimit of halibut. He was fined $400, ordered to pay $10 to support the Police Training Fund and ordered to forfeit halibut seized.

Kristen A. Klingbeil, 17, pleaded no contest to minor consuming alcohol. Klingbeil was fined $600 with $400 suspended, with the option of satisfying fine by performing community work service at the rate of $6.25 an hour, and ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program.

Elias G. Gibson, 14, pleaded guilty to minor consuming alcohol. Imposition of sentence was suspended and he was referred to the Kenai Peninsula Youth Court.

Cim Joel Blair, 29, pleaded guilty to sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the conditon that he perform 20 hours of community work service and pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund. He was placed on probation for one year.

Caren L. Graupe, 52, pleaded guilty to attempted fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund dividend and pay restitution; attend an alcohol safety action program; ordered to write a letter of apology to her victim and not have contact with her victim; and was placed on probation for two years. She also pleaded guilty to fourth-degree theft and was sentence to 60 days in jail wiht 50 days suspended, with the option of performing 80 hours to satisfy fine.

Kellie D. Kvasnikoff, 47, pleaded guilty to not having a valid operator's license. She was sentenced to 10 days in jail; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $50 jail surcharge.

Toby A. Benya, 38, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 57 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.
