SPH offers a three-day "safe sitter" course noon-4 p.m. on June 20-22 at the SPH training center. The cost is $70. For more information or to register, call 235-0258.

SPH sponsors a blood drive 10 a.m.-5 p.m. on June 23 and 9 a.m.-1 p.m. on 24 in the LIFEmobile in the Homer Safeway parking lot. Donors are reminded to eat well and drink plenty of fluids before donating. Please bring photo I.D. which includes birthdate or social security number. Appointments are encouraged.
