Several callers at 12:45 p.m. reported possible child abuse and neglect. An Alaska State Trooper at 1 p.m. turned in a bicycle found on Pioneer Avenue. Police caught up with the suspect at a Sterling Highway parking lot and arrested a 48-year-old man for driving under the influence. June 9 A caller at 4:30 p.m. reported a woman threatening the caller with an ax at a Tamara Street address. Police arrested a 21-year-old woman and took her to the hospital with superficial wounds. June 10 A bartender at 3:32 a.m. reported a drunk man asked to leave a Pioneer Avenue bar kept coming back and trying to fight with other patrons. A man at 5:40 a.m. reported finding a money bag in a Pioneer Avenue parking lot. A man at 9:35 a.m. reported an aggressive moose on Pioneer Avenue. A man at 1:55 p.m. made a REDDI complaint of a driver on the Spit. June 11 A caller at 1:35 a.m. reported three men sneaking around a Bartlett Street building. Police didnt locate any suspects and made sure the building was secure.
