Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through June 1:

Judgments

Timothy H. Martin, 60, charge dismissed for lack of probable cause, possessing commercial fish without Commercial Fisheries Entry Commission permit.

Georgia Mario, 60, charge dismissed, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana.

Christopher Robison, 28, charge dismissed, driving under the influence.

Adam Dillon, 27, charge dismissed, driving while license revoked.

Jeffery Barrowcliff, 23, charge dismissed, driving while license revoked. He pleaded guilty to not having a valid operators license. He was fined $300 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.

Katelin Kuklis, 19, charges dismissed, fraudulent use of an access device, nine counts. She pleaded guilty to one count of fraudulent use of an access device. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 15 days suspended and ordered to perform 120 hours of community work service to satisfy jail time. She was ordered to pay $100 to support the Police Training fund and a $100 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend and pay restitution; and placed on probation for three years.

Robert L. Carpenter, 42, pleaded guilty to an amended judgment of disorderly conduct. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the condition that he serve five days in jail, pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and commit no jailable offenses for one year.

Anthony J. Hoza, 56, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to one day in jail and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $50 jail surcharge.

Criminal Court

Kenton L. Smith, 52, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, felony indictment.

Michael B. Williams, 19, second-degree criminal trespass.

Vincent Steppis, 37, driving under the influence, fourth-degree weapons misconduct.

Russ M. Merritt, 19, DUI, minor consuming alcohol.

Julianne R. Spellman, 46, DUI.

Alexander S. Christensen, 25, DUI.

Daniel E. Hayden, 21, DUI.

Kenneth A. Hopkins, 36, DUI.

Carl E. Hiers Jr., 31, DUI.

Cory C. Reynolds, 25, DUI, refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Pamela A. Newcomb, 53, Anchor Point, fifth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana.

Jacklyn N. Williamson, 25, fourth-degree theft.

Kari Ann Curry, 23, third-degree theft.

Briana Bruchhauser, 20, minor consuming alcohol.

Amber Self, 16, Ninilchik, no valid operators license.

Jesse D. Shell, 20, Clam Gulch, permitting an unauthorized person to drive.

Jessica L. James, 19, Anchorage, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana.

Matthew P. Trail, 38, third-degree assault, a felony.
