Sheba is quiet, thoughtful and well mannered — not necessarily what you would expect from a Great Dane/lab mix. This 4-year-old, spayed house dog likes to cuddle, pretty much likes all people and most other dogs, and is good to walk. Come meet the coolest big dog around.

To adopt a pet, call or stop by the animal shelter across from the city's Public Works Department off the Sterling Highway. The shelter is open from noon-5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. For more information, call 235-3141.
