May 10

Alaska State Troopers at 10:30 a.m. received a report from a 56-year-old Seldovia woman alleging she had been assaulted by a man on the road near her home. Troopers investigated and allege the woman falsely reported a physical altercation. Troopers charged her with making a false report and resisting arrest when they tried to arrest her for fourth-degree assault. She was taken to the Homer Jail.

May 22

Bureau of Highway Patrol troopers at 6:15 p.m. stopped a 75-year-old Anchor Point man driving a 1998 GMC pickup truck near Mile 61 Sterling Highway. They issued him a summons for driving while license canceled.

May 24

Troopers at 10:22 a.m. went to an Anchor Point home for a report that a man threw a tire tool into the window of another man's car during an argument. Troopers arrested an 18-year-old Anchor Point man for fourth-degree criminal mischief and took him to the Homer Jail.

Troopers at 5:30 p.m. arrested a 58-year-old Anchor Point man for two outstanding arrest warrants related to a previous driving under the influence charge.
