Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through May 24:

Judgments

John M.V. Puha, 31, pleaded guilty to not having a valid operators license. He was fined $150 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.

Brittny L. Smith, 27, pleaded guilty to sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. She was fined $150 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.

Scott D. St. Clair, 43, pleaded guilty to not having a valid operators license. He was fined $150 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.

Janelle M. Gassler, 27, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended. She was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended and ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service to satisfy jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had her drivers license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Criminal Court

Abram Z. Kraskov, 56, driving while license revoked.

John C. Glasgow, 60, driving under the influence.

Martin E. White Jr., 29, harassment.

Austin T. Winslow, 19, driving while license revoked.

Dale M. Besancon, 51, first-degree burglary, second-degree theft, third-degree criminal mischief, all felonies.

Carolyn A. Frey, 48, furnishing alcohol to persons under the age of 21 by licensees.

Kathy L. Kvasnikoff, 39, Ninilchik, driving while license revoked, violating conditions of release, resisting or interfering with arrest.

Civil Court

Amber N.D. Brabham v. Harlin S. Williams, stalking protective order granted.

Kathryn Reitz v. Stephen H. Field, domestic violence protective order granted.

Small Claims

Portfolio Recovery Associates v. Norbert A. Smerecki, debt.

Alpine Alaska Investment v. David Grose et al., forcible entry and detainer.
