Jade Maria Jaime-Bernier was born at 11:22 a.m. May 20, 2012, at Central Peninsula Hospital, Soldotna, to Maria Jaime and Bleu Bernier of Anchor Point. She weighed 6 pounds, 10 ounces. Her grandmothers are Robin Jaime of Anchor Point and Katie Catlin of Boise, Idaho. Her great-grandmothers are Joan Schmidt of Brooklyn, Wis., and MaryJane Birdsall of Palm Desert, Calif. Jade joins brothers Brandon and Cole Bernier.
